This puzzle is easier if you start with all the doors shut, including the black and white outer doors. On that wooden tile, you will see the radio dials, as well as a sequence of instructions,.You want to match those to the colours and words on the display board to find the last door which will have the setting that you want to turn the radio dial to.
(More Info) The wooden tile from the drawer has a sequence of instructions for each radio dial. The display box has four different colours and words. The first option is the WORD black and the COLOUR white. If the board says COLOUR, you would open the white door. If it said WORD, you would open the black door. Follow the formula until you have completed all three sequences on the board and have the correct 3 positions for the corresponding radio dials.

Chains / Radio
If Radio dials aren't working:
First check the 'in room indicator LEDs' lit up indicating the dials are in the correct positions.
Use the HQ switch labeled ‘Radio’ to unlock the chains and play the Animal audio. (Make sure groups turn the volume up on the radio).
If the radio audio isn't playing:
Reset the Tapo switch ‘C1 - Radio/Door2 lock pwr’.

The light box has four levels each with two options.
The first option is the WORD black and the COLOUR white. If the board says COLOUR, groups would open the white door. If it says WORD, they would open the black door.
Groups follow that formula until they have completed all three sequences on the board and have the following 3 positons for the corresponding radio dials.
VOLUME DIAL - Straight up the middle
TUNE DIAL - Turn fully clockwise (All the way to the right)
FREQUENCY DIAL - Fully Anticlockwise (All the Way to the Left)
Each dial being aligned correctly will unlock the chains locked on the cabinet.
