A large group booking is for groups that are larger than what we can fit in a room at any given time (7 or more people). This extends to anything from work events to birthday parties to hen's and buck's nights or maybe you're just really popular. We schedule the rooms to start simultaneously, so everybody gets in and (hopefully) out at the same time. A group size of 8 to 14 players will be able to choose any two of our rooms to participate in, and a group size of 15+ will be allocated to all three of our rooms. Please get in touch if you would like to book a Double or Triple room for different sizes than are allowed on our website.

Booking Changes

Any reductions to player numbers must be finalised 24 hours prior to the starting time of your booking. The price will be set 24 hours out from the booking and will be unable to be lowered from this point. You will still be able to add players to your booking if the room sizes permit. Yes! For the most part. We can run groups of up to 21 people simultaneously across our three rooms. For larger bookings (21+) we run multiple sessions, usually an hour and a half apart. All bookings will start between the Curio and House on the Hill rooms' starting time.

Absolutely! The price for a Double Booking is $37.5 per person ($40 peak pricing), and for a Triple Booking, it is $35 per person ($37.5 peak pricing). Our Peak dates for 2025/26 are: - January 1st to January 31st - April 12th to April 29th - July 5th to July 23rd - September 27th to October 13th - November 1st to January 31st, 2026

We can run a group with a maximum of 21 participants per session in our three escape rooms. If you have a group of more than 21 participants, we recommend you give us a call to discuss how your booking will work. Once we exceed 21 participants, your booking will be tailored to your individual group. Usually, this will include running two back-to-back sessions, which will start around an hour and a half apart. While the first session will complete our three rooms, the second session will be able to use our cocktail bar and function area, Garden Party. The two groups will then switch, with some time in between, to share some food or drinks. For groups that are even larger than what we can fit between two sessions, we can run more back-to-back sessions. The capacity at the bar, which cannot accommodate more than 30 guests at one time. Please be aware of this when planning your event with us.

A deposit is required as we cannot tentatively book for you or put sessions on hold.

Deposits are refundable, and bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours (120 hours during peak dates) before the booking date. Cancellations within 48 hours (120 hours during peak dates) of the booking date will forfeit the deposit or equivalent cost of two players per room booked. The deposit is the price of two participants per room you are booking. For a Double Booking, the deposit price is $150 ($160 peak pricing), and for a Triple Booking, the price is $210 ($225 peak pricing).

We do not have a booking fee for exclusive or out-of-hours hire of our bar, Garden Party, but we do require a $200 minimum spend on a bar tab. If a minimum spend has been paid, it will reserve the bar privately for your group for two hours after the ending time of your booking. If you would like to hire the bar for longer, a subsequent minimum spending of $300 every two hours will be required. All minimum spends must be arranged and paid for before the booking and are subject to our cancellation policy.
